This Privacy Policy describes how DealScorer ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you visit dealscorer.com (the "Site") or use any of our tools, calculators, or services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

- Email address when you subscribe to our mailing list, download resources (such as the Acquisition Checklist), or join a product waitlist.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, time on page, referral source, browser type, device type, operating system, and screen resolution.
- IP address: collected by our hosting and analytics providers. We do not store raw IP addresses ourselves.

1.3 Calculator and Tool Inputs
Data you enter into our calculators and tools (e.g., the SDE Calculator) is processed entirely in your browser. We do not transmit, store, or have access to these inputs on our servers.

- Deliver the content and resources you requested (checklists, reports, email notifications).
- Send periodic updates about new DealScorer content, tools, and products. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

- Email subscribers: we retain your email address and subscription preferences for as long as you remain subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- Analytics data: aggregated analytics data is retained in accordance with the retention policies of our analytics providers (typically 14 to 26 months).
- Support correspondence: retained for up to 3 years after your last communication, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
7. Your Rights
7.1 All Users
Regardless of your location, you have the right to:

Our Services are hosted in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
